 Self Reflection Day : 6 15/07/2022 Friday                    Today I reached the school at 9:15 a.m.  Today I has class on the 6th period.  I has finished the chapter today. Within these 6 days students were  understand the story Maternity, which glorifies the maternal affection against the background of horrifying war and Harsh realities. They understand the value of helping each other and empathizing with the suffering of our fellow being will help us create a world of peace and love . This was the overall content which I taught the students with the help of 6 innovative lesson templates. The entry activities and link talks helped the students to understand the idea more clearly and effectively.  Today I left the school at 4:15 p.m.

 Self Reflection Day : 5 13/07/2022  wednesday             Today the English department has assigned to do the duties mentioned earlier. It includes the road duty at morning and evening. Lunch duty at noon. I reach in the school at  9:00 a.m. I accompanied with the English teachers to do our duties. At new time I accompanied with the English teachers to serve food, such as Rice, Curry and side dish. Each and every day 8th standard students are allowed to supply the noon meal. The remaining foods were given to the needy students. We, the student teachers were also ate food from there. That was tasty and delicious. Today I has class on the 5th period.l taught the remaining portion of the story. Word meanings and question answers  from the taught portion were provided. At evening I accompanied the teachers with their duties. After that I left the school at 4:30 p.m.

Self Reflection Day :4 Tuesday 12/07/2022  Today the English department has assigned to do the duties mentioned earlier. It includes the road duty on morning and evening. The lunch duty at noon. We reached the school at 9:00 a.m. we accompanied with the teachers of English department to do our duties. Today I has class on the 4th period. I has taught the remaining portion of the chapter Maternity.  There was an innovative, well structured lesson plan for  the smooth understanding of the concept. Within these days I got an idea about the students. They are above average and with a good study habit. This helped me the teaching more essay, effective and interesting.  At noon time we accompanied the teachers on their food duty. There has provided good dishes such as Rice, Sambar, Thoran etc.  At evening we again done the Road duty. After 4:30 p.m. we left the school.

  Self Reflection Day :3 Monday 11/07/2022  Today I have class on the sixth period. I have taught the second last paragraph of the story Maternity. Textual activities and some of the question answers were completed today.students listened the class silently and curiously. They completed their discourse construction with the time preferred. They show their homework which has given the last class. There was an innovative well structured lesson plan for the smooth understanding of the concept. There was a well structured time management and write amount of classroom management. All the learning outcomes and objectives were achieved by successfully employing and apt pedagogical method. The learner centered and activity oriented teaching strategy helped students to interact more. We left the school at 4:30 p.m..

 As a part of B.ed curriculum we are assigned 30 days teaching practice at different schools. I am assigned at Leshmi Vilasom High School, Pothencode. Day 01 (06/07/2022)  - Day 2(08/07/22) We reached LVHS at 9:30am. We signed the attendance sheet and collected the substitution chart and left to our allotted classroom. The school is now functioning with full strength of students. During our previous teaching practice the school was functioning only with 50% of students due to Covid -19 situation. It felt good to see school like ths today, full of students and every thing was so active and positive compared to our previous visit.  Duties are now assigned department wise. So Maths department students are doing discipline duty now. Today they had lunch duty and road duty to perform. I was assigned 6th period at class 9M on the 1st and 2nd day.  ആദ്യ അധ്യയനവർഷത്തിലെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ പ്രവേശനോത്സവം :                           1999 ലെ ഒരു ഇടവപ്പാതി കാലത്തായിരുന്നു എന്നെ രക്ഷിതാക്കൾ " ശ്രീ അഗസ്ത്യ വിദ്യാനികേതനിൽ " ചേർത്തത്. ഒരു പരിധിവരെ നൈതീക ശിക്ഷാരീതി അവലംബിച്ചിരുന്ന വിദ്യാലയത്തിൽ L. K. G, U. K. G എന്ന പേരുകൾക്ക് പകരം 'അരുൺ' 'ഉദയ' എന്നായിരുന്നു. തുടർന്നുള്ള ക്ലാസ്സുകൾക്ക് പ്രഥമ, ദ്വിതീയ,  തൃതീയ   എന്നിങ്ങനെ പോകുന്നു. ഇന്ന് ക്ലാസ്സ് റൂം ഭിത്തികളിൽ നിറഞ്ഞുനിൽക്കുന്ന ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് അക്ഷരമാലകൾക്കും പഴഞ്ചൊല്ലുകൾക്കും പകരം അന്ന് ഞങ്ങളുടെ ക്ലാസ്സിൽ അക്ഷര ശ്ലോകങ്ങളും അപ്തവാക്യങ്ങളും ആയിരുന്നു.  എന്റെ ആദ്യത്തെ പ്രവേശനോത്സവം എന്തുകൊണ്ടോ ഞാനിന്ന് ഓർക്കുന്നില്ല.  എന്നാൽ അരുൺ ക്ലാസ്സിൽ ഇരിക്കവേ തന്നെ എന്നെ' ഉദയ 'ക്ലാസ്സിലേക്ക് അധ്യാപകർ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചു. എന്തിനെന്നാൽ അരുൺ ക്ലാസിൽ വച്ച് തന്നെ സംഖ്യാശ്രേണി ഒന്നു മുതൽ നൂറ് വരെ തനിച്ച് എഴുതി അദ്ധ്യാപികയെ കാണിച്ചു. അധ്യാപിക അല്ല 'ചേച്ചി '.  International Worker's Day            International worker's Day, also known as Labour Day in some countries and often referred to as May Day, is a celebration of labourers and the working classes that is promoted by the International Labour movement and occurs every year on May Day 1st May.   International Dance Day            International dance day is a global celebration of dance, created by the Dance Committee of the International Theatre Institute,the main partner of the performing Arts of UNESCO. The event takes place every year on 29 April which is the anniversary of the birth of Jean -Georges Noverre (1727-1810),the creator of modern Ballet. Theme of international dance day 2022 wishes :""  Everybody should dance to express themselves....... ""  International dance day is a celebration of all types of dance, and was created to recognise how the act of dancing can break cultural barriers. WORLD EARTH DAY  Earth day is an annual event on April 22nd to demonstrate support for Environmental protection. First held on April 22nd First held on April 22nd 1970, it now includes a wide range of events coordinated globally by Earth Day.  The theme for Earth Day 2022 is " INVEST IN OUR PLANET"  The day aims to spread awareness about issues, including pollution, deforestation and global warming. That's why each year on April 22, more than a billion people celebrate Earth Day to protect the planet from pinks like pollution and deforestation. By taking part in activities like  picking up litter and planting trees, we're making our world a happier, healthier place to live.

 VISHU CELEBRATION Today (08-04-2022) we have celebrated VISHU in our college ( Sree Narayana Guru kripa BEd College, pothencode ).Principal Dr. Salini maam light on the function. Different programs were also conducted, which increased the glory of the function.  Vishu is the festival celebrated in Kerala from the region of Sthanu Ravi since 844 AD, Vishu is believed to mark the day when Krishna killed the demon Narakasura. Hence, Krishna idols are kept in the Vishu Kani. Hindus considered Vishnu as the God of time and so on this festival, Vishnu and his incarnation Krishna are worshipped.  Vishu is the first day of the Malayalam calendar and is the colour of a New year in Kerala and the ad joining areas of Southern India.  WORLD HEALTH DAY  The World Health Organisation (WHO) convened the first  World Health Assembly in 1948, which called for the establishment of a  " World Health Day"  The first World Health Day was held on April 7, 1950, and it has been observed on that date every year thereafter.  The theme of World Health Day 2022 is " OUR PLANET, OUR HEALTH ". According to the WHO, over 13 million deaths that occur worldwide are due to avoidable environmental causes. It also notes that climate change is one of the reasons behind a serious health crisis.  Innovative work: Model & Report  The 8 parts of speech for students are the essential building blocks to teaching students proper grammar. Understanding the eight parts of speech is beneficial for analysing the meaning of each word. Through learning this students can easily identify a grammatical problem in the sentence, and see whether there is a  run-on sentence, a misused pronoun or a problem of the verb agreement. Knowing this basic parts of speech can be helpful for 8th standard students to learn more in English. It helps give them structure in their speaking and writing. This type of model presentation is a great way to introduce new vocabulary words and lends itself well to sorting activities.  When I have shown this model in the classroom, Students were activity answer the questions.
